OOOOH YESH AH!a staff from GUESS called me just now saying that my spoilt bag is going to be replaced with a new one from the ware house. FREAKING HAPPY! like over the moon. woots.this, i have to thank dear jade for helping me! she sure has become more daring now. yesterday, before my gathering, bibi and i went to meet jade and sin yee for dinner. after dinner, sin yee went back to dockers to work and the three of us loitered around a little. we went to GUESS cuz my bag was like breaking down already. AND IT WASN'T FOR HALF A YEAR!so jade went in and did the talking for me. this is how it went:jade : excuse me, as u can see [showing the staff the big tear at the bottom of the bag], this bag is badly torn. can i change this bag for a new one? my friend only bought it a few months back, less than half a year.staff: i'm sorry but we don't have the stock here.jade: oh okay. then can this be repaired?staff: no, sorry.jade: really? wa, i didn't know GUESS quality is that bad. and can't repair or give a new one.staff: okay, please leave down ur name and number and i will get back to u tomorrow.xiong hor! LOL.so i penned down my details and we left the store. we were at addidas when she called back saying that she can get the bag repaired in one of the stores [which i can't hear clearly]. so we went back to the store and passed her the bag.and TODAY, the staff called me up and said a new bag is on its way over. so i need to go down collect it. she'll give me a call. WHOOPIE DOOO! (:okay, today i have a theory test and WHAT AM I DOING ONLINE? i'm not even half prepared! dang!uh, okay. yeah, bye.
