ahhhh... i feel so shagged now.

after school, me and regina went to the ballroom to practice our girls' styling. some of the seniors were there and they were doing ballroom. I DANCED A LITTLE SALSHA! so fun! hahaha. my partner was Brian so i owed it to him or else i will not know any basic moves at all! YAY, BRIAN! i still have not get my dipping right.
it kinda feels weird to have sudden close body contact with someone. cuz like, for ballroom, the partners have to stand close and its usually the men who will lead the ladies. Also, eye contact is needed at times. like what Konrad said, after being in a boys' school for 4 years, ballroom helped him to interact with girls. HAHA. but nevertheless, i'm really interested in ballroom cuz... well, its interesting! ROFL.

Wei Jing taught us the guy's milking. me and Regina got some of the steps. i think Reg knows more than me, she better. haha. but it was fun cuz we get to do some 'popping' and 'waves'.

for yesterday's dance practise, Peter said our learning curve has to be steeper. so we learnt "get it out me- Janet Jackson" and the 3rd indian-like song in the whole lesson. so it was kinda frustrating when we didn't get the step right. Jessalynne and i feel so uneasy when we have nailed the steps yet. UGH. so a group of us decided to go practice more often.

but yay! i can remember the steps now! next up, NAIL IT.

tmr is a public holiday so me, Nicholas, Khai, Amin, Jessalynne and Kenny are going back to school to practice. if school is closed, then we'll go explanade or somewhere. can't wait! haha!

yesterday, before practise, i brought to Jessalynne to Island Creamery! haha! YUM YUM!

P.S. so sorry to those people i referred to as Drama or Dance people! i know its so not personal but i only remember most people names. i'll try to get ur name right the next time. PROMISE PROMISE! (:

i feel so bad cuz sometimes in school, some people who recognised me will wave at me and i will stone at them. not cuz i'm dumb, but cuz i forgot who they are. so its kinda weird. then i would just give them an unsure wave back. it is usually after they walk off then i come to realise who they are. sorry sorry if u're one fo them and are reading this.

i did a very embarrassing thing today. while waiting for bibi after her malay elective, i went to macs with sam. after playing a round of battleship, both of us want to eat the 50 cents ice cream. i spotted Yenli in the queue so i ran to her. along the way, i stepped on something slippery and yeah, i slipped. it all happened in a split sec! i grabbed the red lining for the queue and as u guys know, its elastic so it just went down with me. then i had to grab the nearest thing beside my left and it so happened to be a guy! it was SO EMBARRASSING! his girlfriend is there too lo! [i think its his gf la.] my face must be really tomato seh.

GAH.

oh man! today i spent $51!!!!!!! GAHHH. so much for trying to save at least $10 a week!

Bibi, Sam and i went to Bugis to check out this cool baggie store in Bugis. turns out all 3 of us bought quite a number of things.

here's what i've purchased :

- earrings

- a bag with Audrey Hepburn's face printed on it. [i swear she is so GORGEOUS.]

-a pouch with Marilyn Monroe printed on it. [ANOTHER VERY VA VA VOOM star of the good old golden days.]

- a belt

- sponge bob handphone pouch

all these costed me $51. wayyyy too much to spend.

ok, shall not grieve over this anymore.

can't wait to use the bag with Sam and Bibi! oh, btw, they bought Audrey Hepburn's bag too! but different design. WHOOOHOOO!

HAHA.

i am SO not flexible. heh.

last night was stage arts dance! FUN FUN! when we stepped into the room, there's the stage set up, the little "tables" were cute, man. there were 3 candles in the middle, heart-shaped decos scattered all over the place and sliver linings.

the stage has a run way. everyone looks great! up dressed up. a girl from Drama dressed as Johnny Depps in Pirates too! haha. the seniors did a few performances for us. the drama's was the best. SO TOUCHING! oh my mama. the dance items aren't too bad too. (: the seniors did catwalk and all. i like the dance item of SEXYBACK. there one very goofy step the seniors did. HAHA. nicholas had to work yesterday so there wasn't any PCK. oh well. OH YEAH OH YEAH! Amin did the best catwalk and was also the best dressed guy. he dressed as Wiliam in Black Eyed Pea.

yo people! i know i have not been updating lately so here i am! =D

today had lecture for only 2 hours. 11 to 1. after that, i went to lunch with my fellow drama papas and mamas. we went for the stage arts general meeting and later, the drama meeting. well, it was ok. all basically talking about the upcoming camp and stage arts nights. and ZOMG, i still don't know who to dress as on friday. i need someone to help me with my hair too. but nevertheless, EXCITED EXCITED! WHEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

yesterday's dance practise was more of stretching. we had to try to do splits. Nicholas was able to do splits so Peter did the next level of stretching for him and it looks like "Opening durian"! haha. that poor guy screamed and laughed hysterically all the way la! CRAZY!

after the practise, the seniors stayed back to practise some more, Sarah, Amira, Syakira, Nicholas, Amin, Jessalynne, Jessica, Khai and i went to this slope in the middle of the school and danced! hahahaha! Yes, i know.we were still so hyper! =)

the day before, bibi and i had dinner with Jade and Cynthia. missed them xD
yup, briefly, my past few days were like this.

ok, my temperature has gone back to normal but i still feel like shit. don't have much appetite but have the craving of eating something. but when i actually start eating anything, i feel like throwing up. my gag reflex is very high now. BOO. this feeling sucks. my skin is starting to feel dry too. =(

I HAVE NOT STUDY FOR TUESDAY'S BIO TEST TOO!!!! GAHHH. i can't take in any information with this state of mine. =(

anyway, Carmen just asked me to go to Hongkong with her on the June Holidays for a shopping spree! too bad i can't go. =( so sad.

i'm excited for Stage Arts Night! xD we get to dress up as any movie stars/cartoon characters we like! OH-SO-FUN! i'm thinking of dressing like marilyn monroe but the only dress that i have which looks like hers is BLACK, not white. SO PEOPLE! PLEASE GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTIONS! =D Nicholas kept saying he want to dress up as SPONGEBOB! HAHAHA! cute seh. i'm feeling so excited! x) Stage Arts Camp is coming too! WHOOHOO!!

and i know this is super random but i feel sad for Britney Spears. She was my idol when i was a child. maybe she would be better off with Justin Timberlake.

blahh. i'm down with fever, sore throat, cough, running nose, my backbone is aching like, big time and am always tired. =(

just came back from the doc's just now. he said that my illness might be caused by infection. BOO. guess what is my temperature? 39.9 LO! my head is BURNING.

anyway, on the brighter note, i didn't have to go to school today and yesterday's dance practice rocks my socks off, man! we did isolation Hip Hop. Peter [instructor] taught us krumping and the right way to shake. it was SO FUN yet so tiring! the best part is the CATWALK! we have to catwalk to 2 of the guy seniors and strike a sexy pose. i did it with Amin and later with Sarah and Nicholas. the song was SEXYBACK by JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE!

Since i came into the club later than the rest of the juniors, i'm trying my best to catch up with what they have learnt during the practises i wasn't there. people have been very sweet to me. like by saying "u did great for auditions. u were better than us. if u came to the audition with us, u would have gotten in straight away." Senior said things like "don't look so stress. u're doing very well." but the funny thing is that i STILL feel stress. oh well. i will do my best and get into the Senior's training!

anyway, jessalynne, nicholas, sarah, amin, amira, christina, khai and i left school together. along the way to the MRT station, we played sexyback again and danced all the way! HAHA. SUPER FUN! we got so enthusiastic that we decided to put our bags down and krump. we could have been seen by any passers-by or the people in the MRT station but we didn't exactly care much. =) I LOVE MY DRAMA AND DANCE PEEPS! xD

oh! i bumped into Cynthia in Bedok interchange! HAHA! what a surprise.

the training is tough. esp the stretching and work up part. but it was fun. =)

the seniors did their Hip Hop before lesson starts and they are awesome, man! they can spin round and round so well and split like no one's business! so flexible! now us juniors are learning Jazz so we there's many spinning, stretching and what not involved.

i've another dance practice tmr! =D
