Hmm, what can i say? assessment for me was like shit. i felt deeply disappointed in myself for my across the floor route. kinda happy cuz my pirouette turns are looking better but still not good enough. level 4 pirouette turns were messy. right side shan-ehs [don't know how to spell!] sucked cuz i spin too fast but was glad that the left shan-ehs was better cuz i spotted and go slow. i chionged for choero and luckily, peter still selected me to dance the final girls' styling with the other girls like Regina, Jessalynne, Yanyan, syakira, Hui fang who are so those so much better dancers. it was kinda a surprise cuz i really felt that i did very bad for my assessment. felt so shitifed that i almost teared during the across the floor. luckily caught myself in time and with the encouragement of some of the juniors and seniors, i tried my best again.
anyway, enough of that. i had 2 cups of coffees today, no breakfast, no lunch. slept 2 hours straight in lecture cuz i was dead tired and i fell so deep into lalaland that i dreamt i was in a ship-like hotel like Fullerton and my lecture hall is in there. the place is so posh but the lecture hall was like the one i was in at that moment. then i saw a girl bringing in a whole load of gourmet food and was munching away in the middle. in my dream, i was talking to sam, bibi and jiaqian as if nothing weird is going on. funny thing was that Dr Yong was still explaining about the topic of blood. seems that even when i'm in dream land, Dr Yong's lesson is being transported from my ear drums to my brain. haha.
just now Zelia sent me 2 videos. one of which is a performance of a 7 year old girl. she is sooobrilliant, man. after watching it, i was like, "was is she? a spinning machine or something? " she did jetes, turns, 180 DEGREE BATTEMENT KICKS. my gosh. the other is a ballerina who did a jazz item of "because of u- kellyclarkson". so full of angst that i thought she was about to rip off her skirt in the process.
