this boy makes me smile =) baby Bryan!went to Changi General Hospital with jess at a quarter to five for her check up.there was a lady with a small, red-faced baby on her denim lap and she was weary-looking. the baby cried non-stop, the tormented tears of teething that could reach ear-shattering decibel levels. poor baby. i pity the mom too. she shot apologetic looks at the people around as the baby launched into another miserable aria. but our dear jess could calm the baby. she has such a infectious grin. it was something to do with the combination of her wide, smiling mouth with her lively chocolate-brown eyes that sparkled beneath that fringe of hers. =) yup, but bottom line is that her check up shows better results. i'm so happy for her,man. jess, take care of ur health ok? please don't end up in the hospital again.met up with josh and kenny for dinner. the four of us went to east coast to eat in the hawker center beside the lagoon. yum yum! had a really fun time with them. too bad josh is going overseas tmr. =(went to bedok NTUC to get some stuffs for hazel. oh! when we rounded the frozen food corner, we went bang into lyn =) so happy to see her! she's a cook of professional standard for a 16 years old. seriously! u should try her cooking. definitely 2 thumbs up! haha. she was wielding a loaded trolley. if her trolley could speak, it would say,"I'm going to hold a feast tonight." haha. and indeed! she's cooking up a feast for her relatives tmr night. got some kinda gathering of some sort. so we helped her load the things into her dad's car.OH! HAPPY NEW YEARS EVE in advance people! may it be a even better start for all of u out there! =)now tomoko is fining me whenever i start thinking about him or about boxes again. haha. now i owe her seven bucks in total. oh bummer, i'm so broke. hahaTOMOKO! i want to go to ur house and raid ur closet! hahaha! and my mum asking me the whereabout of my grad night dress, so u have to return it soon yeah? =) hey! i want to see the photos of ur U.S trip and the wedding! haha. and i'm so touched! u put aside ur exhaustion to do my present. *sob* haha. go and rest la.watched "save the last dance 2" just now. ok, the dancing wasn't really very "wow!" kind but there's a lesson to be learned in there.
like, maybe u might be striving for something all ur life but what if it isn't really what u really want? but rather what someone else wants u to be? ever thought of it? what if u, inwardly, have a burning passion or desire to do something else but aren't doing it? maybe out of fear? or just to please someone else. if u are, darling, stop doing what u don't like and pursue what u really want. why live life the way others want u to live? its ur life we're talking about.
ok, i'll use the movie as an example. sara (leading actress) wants to be a ballerina, but her dreams were cut short by the sudden death of her mother. she continues to pursue the title of the best ballerina as she felt she owed it to her mom. she was transferred to a new school - a dancing school. her life takes a turn for the better when she met this guy named Miles whom she fell for. Miles made her see things more clearly. yes, sara loves ballet but that has many strings attached. sacrifices are to be made. may it be love, family and hip hop. she was supposed to be a girl who does wicked hip hop dances but well, to me, its just alright. anyway, there is also the pressure of her teacher who wants to make her well known. sara realised that being the world's best ballerina does not have space for her to fit in these loves of hers. so, yeah. if u're like her in a way or another, do think again. =)Flaws:
-I complain too much. I even complain about myself complaining too much.
-Let's not even begin to describe how emo I can get.
-When I'm angry or frustrated, I can hurt those I love most. sorry.
-My laziness can be worse than. well, they just real bad. -period-part of my new year's resolution is:Change it all. It being me. Be more positive. Think positive.Be content with life. Hey sometimes it sucks, live with it. Cuz it sucks for the rest of the world at times too. esp for ppl in the 3rd world country.
be strong. Don't give up hope. No tunnel is too long and dark. Friends and family are always around with torches.

I'm serious. It hurts real bad. My bum, I mean. Let's see. I went ice-skating, first time in my entire life, I fell on my butt like 5-6 times. Oh well. It still hurts when i sit down.So the lesson, or LESSONS, to learn from today is: Make sure you've got a tough butt and steel ankle guards when you want to pick up ice-skating. And don't have bad sitting habits: leaning, slouching, lying, lazing and dying. i've got to start sitting upright.And ONE MORE THING. The Holiday is a good movie to watch before the year ends. So, HAPPY HOLIDAYS!! Or what's left of it.oh, tomoko recommended me to watch these movies :-u, me and dupee.

oh, i don't exactly have a "Hot actors" list but if i were to have one, Josh Harnett is forever at the top. then there's Channing Tanner and Drake Bell. oh, i heard his solo acrostic performance in MTV a few days back and i gotta admit, he's not bad. might be getting his album any time soon.
erm no, i don't actually fantasize them or anything. just think they are cute/hot and move on with my life. i don't have any star obsession, thank God.
I know not many people are gonna read this, but those who do, hear me out.
Ever wondered how society is gonna function if all the foreign workers were one day retrenched from their jobs? Yup, that means no more cleaners, roadsweepers, construction workers, agricultural workers, domestic helpers and other sectors that I have missed out. Take for example, Singapore, since I live here, I can give a better scenario. Bloody Singaporeans who think the whole world owes you a living, imagine one day all the cleaners and roadsweepers are gone, and then there's your "couldn't-care-less" attitude towards everything, from public cleanliness to your own behavior and manners. Let's see. First of all, the whole island is gonna be filled with your filthy trash lying all around because of your "oh-not-my-house-so-not-my-problem" attitude. And it's gonna remain like that because of your "couldn't-care-less" attitude and the absence of foreign workers to clean after you. Just imagine. Singapore's gonna be a slum country instead of the "Flower City" that foreigners like to call us. We'll be an island version of Smokey mountain of Manila. Kinda sad, huh? [Oh for those who have been dutifully disposing of your own rubbish and being aware of public cleanliness, this whole "lecture" wasn't directed to you. =)]
